- Free Shipping: All U.S. orders over $75 qualify for free shipping (estimated delivery: 5–9 business days).
- Standard Options for orders under $75:
- First Class: $6.95 (2–6 business days)
- Priority: $10.80 (1–4 business days)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers. While we process and ship orders quickly, Mamba Brands cannot be held responsible for delays once a package is in the carrier’s possession.

Discreet Packaging
At Mamba Brands, we respect your privacy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded boxes with no reference to smoking accessories or product contents. Our shipping labels are neutral and do not display “Mamba Brands” branding.
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST (Mon–Fri) ship the same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship on the next business day.
- Once your package is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Damaged or Broken Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item(s).
- Our team will assist with a replacement at no cost to you.
⚠️ Please do not discard the packaging or items until you’ve spoken with our support team, as they may be needed for the claim process.
If a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
