- Incorrect items received: We will provide a prepaid return label and send replacements at no additional cost once the original items are returned.
- Unwanted items: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in new condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are processed within 48 business hours after return.
- Non-returnable items: For health and safety reasons, consumable products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once opened or used.
All returns must be received in unused condition. Items returned in used condition will not be refunded.
